Hi, I’m Eric (he/him)
I’m a proud LGBTQ+ person, and mission is to elevate my community by teaching companies how to welcome and celebrate us.
As a licensed therapist, I know that businesses that champion inclusion get the benefits of increased mental health for their team members, greater productivity, and higher revenue, and I’m here to help your company get those gains.

Whether you know nothing or everything about the LGBTQ+ community, I’ve got you friend. Common fears of people that I work with are saying the wrong thing, seeming unaware, and accidentally being offensive. Trust me - I’ve heard it all, and as long as you aren’t intentionally being derogatory, it’s all good.
If you are working on enhancing your knowledge and inclusion, that is commendable. You are not expected to have any particular knowledge or understanding of the LGBTQ+ community before joining this program.
During our time together, it will be a safe space to say all the things and ask all the questions, regardless of how they come out. It’s actually good if you say something wrong to me, because I’ll gently tell you the correct way to say it so that you can feel confident using appropriate language going forward with others. Being able to “talk the talk” is clutch in demonstrating your LGBTQ+ competency, and I’ll help get you there.
My job is to have you feeling confident in your LGBTQ+ knowledge by the end of the program so that you can be a solid ally and champion for your staff and clients. As long as you are open and willing to learn, that’s all you need.

How do I get started?
First you’ll submit a brief application so I can get a feel for your business and its needs. From there, you and I will have a no charge consultation over video call to chat about the program and see if we are a good fit to work together.
How is the program delivered?
Each Monday you’ll receive a video lesson that you can watch whenever works well for you. We’ll have weekly 1:1 coaching calls to work on applying the inclusion recs from the video to your company.
How long is the program?
10 weeks
What if I’m not done within the 10 weeks of the program?
You will have 6 months of access to the course materials, with option to extend as needed. Some people will complete everything in real time each week and be done at the end of the 10 weeks. Others may need more time, which is perfectly fine.
Will I have support throughout the program?
I’ve so got you. You’ll have direct access to me during our weekly 1:1 calls, and you can also email me any questions you have throughout the program. I’m super responsive.
